Computer Graphics... 31 Years in the Making.
Computer Graphics began in 1977 with a single color duplicator and 1
computer. The founder, Conrad Isbell, had a goal of servicing
Birmingham area customers with printed forms and envelopes. As the
business grew, people joined in, presses were added and a larger space
found.
Things were going well, but in the early 1990’s he began
to think about retiring and wanted to turn the business over to someone
he knew and trusted. He had known Jerry Noell through golf for many
years and knew he had a successful print shop called Omega Graphics in
Homewood. That friendship turned into a merger and included Russ Noell
in sales. Both plants were combined in Leeds, Alabama in 1995 and
after the founders’ retirement, Jerry and Russ established
co-ownership. In 2001 and 2004, Computer Graphics acquired two smaller
print shops that matched up well with the mix of customers and was able
to offer an expanded list of services and products to them.
Today,
thanks to an awareness of the latest technologies and market trends,
Computer Graphics has positioned itself as the dependable provider of
printed materials to the business community.
We are also
pleased to be a member of C-Print International, an organization of
certified printers who are held to a high standard of excellence. This
has resulted in improved quality, service and advice to our customers
to help them improve their sales and goals.
